We don't start with AI. We start with how your business actually works.
We look at how your company works today and find where AI creates real value: lower costs, faster processes, better decisions and a better experience.

You don't need an AI agent. You need your team with superpowers.
A standalone bot doesn't fix a broken process. We put AI inside the way your team already works, so every person gets more done.

The repetitive work, for AI.The human work, for your people.
When you're short on hands or the same tasks keep coming back, AI does the heavy lifting. Your people get back to what grows the business.

Before we automate anything, we understand how your business works today.
End to end, area by area. Then we look for where AI can create real business value.
What we look at first:
- Which tasks eat up time.
- Where money leaks.
- Which processes slow your team down.
- Where decisions get made with too little information.
- Which parts of the customer experience could work much better.
Every initiative has to deliver at least
one of these four things
Lower costs
Cut manual work, errors and tasks that add no value.
More speed
Do in minutes what takes hours or days today.
Better decisions
Turn your company's data, documents and know-how into information you can decide with.
Better experience
Make life easier for your team and for your customers.
If AI doesn't improve any of these four things, you probably don't need AI there.

An AI First company
is not a company full of bots
We don't believe in adding tools because they're trendy. We redesign processes so people, software and artificial intelligence work together. To do that we work with nine types of solution, combined to fit each company's problem.
We work with
what you already have
CRM, ERP, Shopify, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, databases, internal tools or your own software. We don't replace your stack for the sake of it: we connect it, measure it and improve it. Before swapping out a tool, we check whether it's really the problem.

Then we automate.
We don't walk into your company telling you which technology to buy.
Understand
- We map your current processes
- We see how each area works, end to end
- We listen to the people doing the work every day
- We measure before changing anything
- We spot what's worth improving
Without selling you any technology. First you have to know what's really going on.
You get your AI First roadmap
Evaluate
- Where AI can:
- Take the repetitive, tedious work off your team
- Improve internal processes that affect the business
- Change and improve how you deal with customers
- Help you decide with more information
- Speed up new ideas, products and services
And where it isn't needed. If AI doesn't improve anything somewhere, we tell you.
Start my diagnostic →Design
- First we simplify
- Then we optimize
- And only then we automate
- With the tools you already have
- With a person overseeing it
Because digitizing a bad process doesn't make it a good one. And adding AI to a complicated process makes it even more complicated.
And only then, the solution
And we get your team ready to use it.
An AI First transformation doesn't happen when you install a tool. It happens when your team knows how to work in a new way.
AI needs rules too.
Before putting it to work you need to know what data it uses, what it can do, who oversees its decisions and what the risks are. That's why we guide you through a responsible adoption, including the state AI laws, the privacy rules that apply to your data and, if you sell in Europe, the EU AI Act.
- What data it uses
- What it can and can't do
- Who oversees its decisions
- What the risks are
We've spent over 12 years redesigning how companies work with technology.
We started as a custom software and e-commerce agency. Since 2017 we've been working with AI models for business, with solutions built for each company.
The question we bring into every project:
How should this work if we could design it from scratch today?

Find out what your business should automate first.
We give you your 3 priority opportunities in a few minutes.
It's a normal thing to think. That's why your team is in from step one: they tell us which tasks eat their time and decide with us which ones go to AI. AI keeps the repetitive work. Decisions, customer relationships and judgment stay with your people.
By starting with how the company works today, not with the tool. First we look at the processes and where time and money go. Then we pick one or two with a clear return, simplify them and test them small, with a person overseeing and a number to measure. If it works, we train the team and scale.
It understands how your business works, finds where AI adds value and puts it to work with what you already have. In our case: we map processes, evaluate where it's worth it, design and implement the solution, measure it and train the team. We also help you stay on the right side of AI and privacy rules.
There's no best one for everything. The best is the one that fits your processes, where your data lives and the programs you already use. If your company runs on Microsoft 365, Copilot makes sense; if it runs on Google Workspace, Gemini. And often an automation or a custom-built AI wins.
It depends on whether an existing tool is enough, systems need connecting or something has to be built custom. The sensible thing is to work out first what the process costs you today. The AI First Diagnostic is free, so is the first call, and you see the price of any project in writing before we start.
In the US there's no single federal AI law yet, but several states have passed their own (Colorado, Texas, Utah and California, among others), and privacy laws like the CCPA apply to the data AI uses. If you sell in Europe, the EU AI Act applies to you too. We review it with you and, if needed, with your attorney.
No. We work with what you already have and connect it. We only replace a tool if it's really the problem.
We tell you. Sometimes a rule, or connecting two programs you already use, is enough. Better for you and for your budget.
Yes. The method starts with understanding how your business works, and that applies to any size and industry. In a small business you notice it sooner, because every hour you free up counts for more.
No. You tell us how you work and we take care of the technical side. We explain everything in plain words.
It depends on the case. What we always do is set the number we're going to watch before we start, so you know whether it's working.
If you're looking to get rid of people, or you want a chatbot in a week without looking at how you work. There are other options for that, and we won't hide it from you.
Our job isn't
to sell you a chatbot
It's to help you figure out what a person should keep doing, what software can do better and where artificial intelligence can really change your business.
- Less of the work nobody wants to do
- Faster processes
- Better decisions
- Better experiences
- More capacity to create new things
That's what it means to make a company AI First.
